About Me

Before starting a project, you should get to know me better.

You can read more about my life here.

In a nutshell…

I have been fascinated with eggs and their incubation since I was a child. Later this led me to specialize in biology in high school and ended up doing a MSc in Agriculture in Szent István University, Hungary. I specialized in animal breeding and animal product production and processing through which I pursued my interest in poultry science. I went to Ireland after finishing the university and started working on a semi-commercial small scale farm where I acquired all the knowledge about waterfowl incubation and production.

During my stay on the farm I began research which eventually resulted in a PhD in Biology and Environmental Science from University College Dublin, Ireland. I also started consultation for Irish farmers on a voluntary base there. After leaving Ireland I joined ORVIA Hungary Ltd., a company specialized in large scale waterfowl incubation and production. There I gained new skills, such as vaccination or artificial insemination of geese, as well as a new mentality that is required to manage large scale production.

Vision

My vision is to see sustainable and eco-friendly waterfowl production and an increased consumption of waterfowl products in the future.

Mission

My mission is to do my best to help my clients reach their goals, whether it may be improving or expanding poultry production, or solving problems that affect their business.

Value

My aim is to provide a valuable service that is beneficial for the poultry business, the customers of the poultry business and also for the animals.

My Services

My main service is online consultation, whether it is for a particular problem or for long-term collaboration, however on-site visits are also possible, if needed. I also have other services that are mainly recommended for larger businesses, such as observation through camera systems or data analysis. Finally, I can advise in vaccination and artificial insemination of geese, can train employees to do it, or I can do it, if the necessary equipment is available.
