Data analysis

Data analysis becomes important when the business operation is well developed, but some fine tuning is still needed. This may be useful for small businesses that record production data, but it is particularly important for large businesses, where lots of data are collected from different aspects of production and even the smallest improvement (1-2%) in production may be significant in financial terms.

When choosing this service, I will require as much data as possible (current and previous data) to be able to see trends, pinpoint problems and find associations between factors. The data will be treated confidentially and only I will have access to it. When the data analysis is complete, I will provide a written document with graphs and suggested changes, and the data will be deleted. I will be charging an hourly fee for the work and I will provide a receipt along with the written documentation.
