How can I register for online consultation?

Go to services and schedule a meeting.

Can consulting online be a single occasion?

Yes.

Can consulting online be multiple occasions?

Yes, if the problem cannot be solved easily or needs long term monitoring.

What happens after the consultation?

I will provide a video of the consultation and a written document about the suggestions to improve production or solve a specific problem. I will also require feedback about the progress made or problem solved.

How can I pay for the consultation?

The consultation fee can be transferred to my bank account. Alternative paying methods are in progress…

Do I get a receipt for the consultation?

Yes.

Is it possible to meet in person on site?

Yes.

Is consulting on site necessary?

No, but sometimes it is the best option to get an understanding of the situation. Alternatively, see observation through the camera system.

Who is covering the cost of the visit?

There are two options. Either the client covers the costs, or alternatively a surcharge will be added on top of the consultation fee.

Going-over

What is going-over?

It means a consultation that will cover all aspects of production.

Is going-over recommended for everyone?

No, it is recommended for clients who plan long-term collaboration.

Observation through the camera system

What is observation through the camera system?

If a camera system is in place on site and if I get access to it, I may advise to improve production by observing the animals and working activities.

Why is this important?

It can provide substantial information about the behaviour of the animals and the work habits of the employees without a personal visit.

Data analysis

What is data analysis?

I can pinpoint problems in production by analysing previous and current data.

Will my data be treated confidentially?

Yes. I will have exclusive access to the data.
