Online Consulting
Consulting online is the main service. It is an easy way to access practical information about poultry production (e.g., rearing birds for meat or egg production, health, welfare, behaviour) and incubation. I may also help in interpreting EU regulations or advise on other problems related to the production of poultry or poultry products, food and feed hygiene etc.
I recommend this service to small businesses (less than 100 birds) that want to expand, and to larger businesses and companies that want to improve production or efficiency. Naturally, these require long-term collaboration. Further, anyone facing problems regarding waterfowl production or incubation is encouraged to contact me. Some problems may be solved with a single consultation, others may require several occasions.
When making an appointment, the clients need to provide basic data about their business or company, the type of problem they have and the type of service they need. The consultation fee also needs to be paid before the scheduled appointment (first hour is free for new clients). The appointment can be changed, but the consultation fee will not be refunded 24 hours before the meeting due. The online consultation commences at the scheduled time. During the meeting the clients will explain the reason for contacting me and I may provide quick answers, suggest further meetings or long-term collaboration. The online meeting will be video recorded, which will be provided to the clients afterwards. After the online consultation, I begin working (which will be charged at an hourly rate) and will provide written documentation, which sums up the meeting and contains answers / solutions for the problems, along with a receipt.
A contract will be made for long-term collaboration.
